Elections 2009On the 26th June the Trust held its first Annual General Meeting. The meeting consisted of an introduction from Acting Chairman John West, financial and membership reports from Steve Walkinshaw and Tony Baylis respectively, the results of elections and a question and answer session. All proposals were passed with the vast majority of the twenty in attendance and the twenty four postal proxy votes. Nathan Wood was elected to the board with forty three votes in favour and one abstention, from Nathan himself. You can also read details of our 2008 elections. |
